Ann-Henley may not be a Virginian by birth, but she is certainly one at heart.
She was born in Boston and lived in Dallas & London before moving to her parents’ hometown, Roanoke, VA, when she was six. She studied medicine and theatre at the University of Virginia, graduated with a BA in Drama, and moved to New York shortly thereafter.
It was while studying acting at the British American Dramatic Academy (BADA) one summer she realized the only physician she would ever be is one on TV. That calling remains as strong today as it was then – and after a series of nanny jobs, assisting a Broadway producer, and two years on Wall Street, she now focuses on acting full-time. And loves every minute!
She counts her many blessings, and chief among them are her faith, family, and friends.
